Nursing 101 Program -Level 2

The Comprehensive Practical Nursing Program – In just 12 weeks, you will be able to perform 50 essential nursing skills with confidence, fully prepared to work in any hospital.

1-In 8 weeks, the trainee will be able to independently perform 50 essential nursing skills + manage 12 emergency cases + conduct 20 clinical tests

2-The student will master 15 measurable clinical assessment skills and demonstrate them on video for instructor evaluation؟

3-By week 4, the student completes the "Hospital Readiness Test" with a target score of ≥80%.

4-In each week, the trainee must submit:

5 recorded skills videos

1 emergency case scenario

10-question skills quiz.

By the end of the program, each trainee will be able to:

(1) Perform 50 practical nursing skills
(Vital signs measurement – medication administration – injections – patient preparation – handling medical equipment)

(2) Manage 12 common emergency cases
(Bleeding – burns – choking – respiratory distress – drowning – loss of consciousness)

(3) Read 500 essential medical terms + write 20 nursing notes
(Accurate and professional patient documentation)

(4) Perform 20 laboratory tests correctly
(Such as CBC, glucose, urine tests…)

(5) Pass the “Work Readiness Exam” with a score of 85% or higher
